1. Sign up for a free consultation

Your includes a 30 min call about your company needs bookkeeping and month-end financial reports. You’ll  meet your bookkeeper upon completion of your membership status.

2. Call 800-615-3861 to get signed up or Click onto the Book your 30 minutes button or go to your QuickBooks online  account and send an invite to info@dallastaxlady.com, to be your QuickBooks Online Accountant.

During the online sign up process, we’ll capture your company and owner information.  Once you complete the membership sign up, you’ll be prompted to schedule your 30 min consultation.  Were we will link up to your account.

3.On-boarding & Kickoff

During your on-boarding call, we’ll link up to your accounts with view only access and integrate any other processors like PayPal. We’ll then schedule your kickoff call where you will meet your bookkeeper.

4.Weekly bookkeeping

Every 10 days your dedicated bookkeeper will reconcile your accounts. That’s right, weekly, tax-ready books. (I can already sense your relief). If you have any questions, feel free to reach out by text, phone or email.

5.Monthly reporting

You’ll receive your profit and loss statement and balance sheet by the 15th business day of the following month. You can review, download or share it from the QuickBooks mobile app.
